Get fit?!

Date: 25th August 2012

Treadmill

Our group has received a very generous offer by an experienced personal fitness trainer to help us get fit! People of all levels of fitness are welcome. Using various equipment and workout programs we would meet regularly at an indoor venue in Alloa for a cost of £2 each. Kids would be welcome to come too, using a separate but visible space. We would each simply have to share the responsibility of taking care of the "kids area" for a period during the 1 hr session. We can work the details out of this together ... whether it's half of us for the first half hr, or just whatever works.

We need to decide on a day and time that would work, so if you are interested please contact Caroline at c_nugent@hotmail.com with your preferences for day and time.

Feel free to invite friends with kids to participate in this fitness program.
